What to include

Include your organisation name, the affected QConnect entity or workbook, the approximate time, the action attempted and any non-sensitive error reference.

What not to include

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, full bank details, payment-card data or unnecessary copies of live accounting records.

QuickBooks connections

An authorised organisation administrator may request help connecting or disconnecting a QuickBooks company. Disconnection stops new QConnect access to that company; retained records then follow the applicable legal and configured retention policy.

Security reports

Mark suspected unauthorised access or credential exposure as urgent in the subject line. Revoke affected third-party access directly with the relevant provider where immediate containment is required.
