Include

Your organisation name, affected QConnect entity, approximate time, action attempted and any non-sensitive error reference.

Do not include

Passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, full bank details, payment-card data or unnecessary copies of live accounting records.

QuickBooks disconnection

Authorised administrators will be able to disconnect a QuickBooks company from QConnect. Disconnection stops new access; retained records then follow the applicable legal and configured retention policy.

Service status

A separate status facility will be published before production launch.
